MAN DROWNS AT PETITENGET BEACH
A man has reportedly drowned while swimming on a Petitenget beach yesterday afternoon.
The man has been identified as Jimmy Pratama (19), and authorities are reportedly still looking fro the man’s body. North Kuta police officers and Basarnas, the national search and rescue agency, are conducting the search. “We are still searching”, said North Kuta Police Chief Commissioner Ronny Riantoko.
According to reports, the victim went missing around 5.30 pm while he was swimming with his family. Large waves measuring two to three meters were reported yesterday on Petitenget Beach.
